Shipping & Pickups
We're happy to offer shipping within Canada and the US!
Orders are processed and packaged within 1-3 days from the time that they're placed. Currently, we have the following shipping options within Canada:
- Canada Post Tracked Expedited: Starting at $10 / 5-7 business days
- Depending on how many candles are in your order, your shipping rate will be reflected at checkout.
Please note that these transit times are in addition to the time it takes to process and package up your order, and are only estimates based on our courier partners. In all cases, shipping times will vary, especially during busy holiday seasons. If you're ordering from Eastern Canada, your order will likely take on the longer end of the estimate or potentially require extra time.
Local Pickup
If you live in Calgary, you'll have the option to pick up your order at our warehouse at no charge! We're open for pick ups between 10 AM and 5 PM Monday through Friday. Have your order number handy, or if you're picking up for someone else, be sure to have their first and last name in addition to the order number.

Orders to the US are shipped with a partner carrier called Chit Chats. Chit Chats dispatches orders to USPS, who will then deliver to recipients locally.
